Michyle Raphael Reddiar (PrEng, PMP) is a Professionally Registered Engineer and Project Management Professional, with extensive experience delivering large-scale construction, renewable energy, and digital transformation projects. He has successfully managed complex developments from early feasibility through to execution, applying disciplined planning, strong coordination, and structured project control.
Recognised for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in technically demanding environments, Michyle has developed a strong reputation for managing complex project phases while maintaining strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards. His structured and methodical approach to project management enables him to consistently deliver infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget.
